My art comes from my childhood. As an artist, i never really lost that hint of magic. There’s something in that free way of thinking, unencumbered by any of the conventions that adlts are weighed down by. I aspire to be like the great Hayao Miyazaki, one who tells stories for the characters, not the effects. I love the freedom in creating art, and the way it can influence people.
Just as I was inspired by great artists that came before me, I want to make games and cartoons that both teach and show children how valueable it is to be unique, and to cultivate young minds, because there is magic behind letting your imagination run free. There's no such thing as impossible when you have worlds at your fingertips!
I am a lifetime student, I never stop learning, and know that i can never learn everything. The way I work reflects this- No job is too small, no detail uninmportant. I like to think of each piece as a story within itself.
“You must see with eyes unclouded by hate. See the good in that which is evil, and the evil in that which is good. Pledge yourself to neither side, but vow instead to preserve the balance that exists between the two.”
― Hayao Miyazaki
